We have already arrived. Yet the feeling that our lives are somehow defective or incomplete is often present. Think about it - even when things are going our way, there remains the fear of losing our health, wealth or reputation.
Based on a 2500 year old technology for training the heart and mind, we now have a powerful and effective modern day strategy to recover our innate ability to awaken to our true happiness in each moment.
Through mindfulness meditation we can face and transform this underlying fear and anxiety which drives us into believing that our happiness is contingent on the conditions of our lives, rather than the content of our hearts.
