Maintaining Well-Being

Weekly: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Description:

Practiced and developed for over 2500 years, mindfulness practices are the next wave of health and well-being for our hearts and minds.

A kind of brain hygiene, mindfulness meditation and awareness practices are a system of practical tools that develop and sustain our inner muscles for happiness, health and well-being.

Ongoing research has shown that mindfulness practices reduce stress, anxiety and blood pressure, while improving our memory, concentration and immune systems. Training us to meet our experience with compassion and wisdom, regular mindfulness practice develops a deeper degree of overall wellbeing and happiness in our daily lives.

Come join us as we embark on a journey through advanced training in the art of living. Beginners and new students welcome.
