Our premier class for beginners to mindfulness meditation. Open to all.
This is an experiential class with supportive guidance for beginners to mindfulness meditation. With an emphasis on shorter periods of practice, we can ask questions on the spot about posture, technique, and discuss what is working and what isn't.
You will learn the fundamentals of mindful breathing, mindful movement and how to bring this transformative practice into your daily life.
Come join us as we embark on a journey through advanced training in the art of living.
6 classes over 7 weeks (skip February 26th week). Class consists of practice, teaching, discussion and homework material.
