About

Our Mission:

By cultivating wisdom through mindful awareness, Mindful Valley provides a training community that enables people to embrace stress and suffering with compassion, transforming it into a deep and reliable sense of happiness and well-being.

We teach the practice of mindfulness as a path to wisdom and compassion to create transformation within the individual and any organization through classes, retreats and workshops.

We welcome collaborative alliances in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, nationwide, and internationally to open new opportunities for study, practice and service.

We provide donation based sitting groups in order to serve a community of meditators who need to strengthen their practice via collective group energy and love.

No one is turned away for lack of funds. We offer work study, internships and volunteer opportunities to those in financial need.
